. . . believe no one should be left behind on the field of battle. For two tours of duty in Vietnam, Joe Labriola lived that creed, risking his life many times to retrieve fallen comrades.

In 1973, shortly after his return to the USA and discharge from the Marines, Joe was found guilty of a murder he did not commit. He has been in Massachusetts prisons for nearly all of the last 37 years, serving a sentence of life without parole.

We believe Joe was grievously wronged by a flawed system, and has been legally "wounded" and left to die. He must not be abandoned.
